Our worksheet exercise showed us a way to characterize our team members to encourage unity from the start of the project. Understand how it can be helpful to you as you manage projects.

We'll have a quick discussion of results on Wednesday, and we'll work through characteristics of dysfunctional teams.

As with any team control/management efforts, the earlier we apply ourselves to working through the challenges the better. And in the case of strong teams, we can use this documentation to recall what is important to the individual member - and other aspects we should keep in mind when dealing with each unique person on the team.
