Mass Effect: "Analagous," Agile, Scrum, Waterfall - Concepts in PM Action

In many complex projects, a lot of analogous activity is performed, and the pieces must fit well together. Teams may choose various tools and techniques to keep the overall project on track. 

Do a quick search on Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum. Get on idea of the basics of these common approaches.  Imagine how each COULD play a role in the managing of the production of a video game. This will help you see just where such approaches could prove valuable. But remember - like any tools/techniques, they are only as good as the practitioner who uses them. Understanding, and patience with yourself as you learn is important.

My son's projects were lighting in the opening sequence, and all cave assets. Remember--assets are artifacts, or things. Process assets are all processes / procedures that are part of a firm's operations.
