I am proud of the maturity of the class, and the depth of questions that arise. One relates to our discussion Friday on "Getting what you need from others." (If you missed it, please see this: DEARMAN Technique).  I want to add the  document below, as it helps you understand what deep-seated behaviors you could miss when working through problems with your team. Unfortunately, some of these are common enough to overlook, as when impolite actions turn into hurtful behavior that holds the team back. I hope such tendencies as described here are rare for you to come across.
